Technology



- All trolley are connected by software GPS and Gateway dialer- CRMS. It is monitored by admin controller to take care of quality control of vegetables on each trolley across India. It take care of centralized command to set daily update of price on trolley screen.

- it update all at website, app, public blogs.



Employees standard



- company get private limited in near future on success of thirty trail purpose installed manual trolley.

- they will be provided salary as per government defined standard wages, with ESI, PF and all related advantages.

- employee will receive salary in corporate account by automatic account transfer on every last working date of month.

- employee found talking slang or abusive or arrogant language at duty time with whom so ever will be considered terminated immediately from same moment without notice.

- employee found taking non-veg, tobacco, gutkha, alcohol or smoking will be considered terminated immediately from same moment without notice.



Standard



- we will sale on the lowest price that will be equivalent to wholesale market.

- retailers will also prefer to buy from us at wholesale market rate at their own market to save time and tempo freight in buying from wholesale market.

- we will not sale above 1000 KG from our one trolley in a day.

- we will not employ a minor child.

- We will not sale vegetables processed by oxi-toxin, carbide or other harmful chemical for health.

- we will not sale adulterated vegetable at next day.

- we will consume our own or donate in poor to the rest vegetable at every day at 8 pm.

- we will not buy in credit.

- we will not sale in credit.

- we will give fix salary to employee.

- we will charge fix price from client.

- our trolley will sale all weight above 250 grams.

- we will use electronic scale to wight vegetables.

- we will sale in retail to retail buyer or who so ever either a retailer.



Franchisee



- we will give franchise-ship against fifty thousand charges for trolley, uniform kit, electronic scale, and daily stock.

- they can only sale 1000 kg in a day with all above points in notice at our controlled fix price in cash only.

- they will receive benefits as per our employee salary and other benefits.

- one man with one Adhar card can get only one franchise-ship only.

- franchisee has to manage venue of our standard by their own in disclosed area and city.

- franchisee will receive monthly one thousand extra being franchisee.

FUNDAMENTAL OF PRICE MANAGEMENT OF VEGETABLE INDUSTRY:-

- normal vegetable sellers buy on high price. Because he has only one shop. Daily sales volume of his shop is ten to twenty Kilogram each kind of vegetable. He cant buy wholesale pack of bigger volume of 40 KG to 80 KG bags. Obviously he sales at bigger price. So sales volume from his shop are low. Finally his stock finishes in two or three days. This cause him to sale old stock. Old stock has some loss due to damage of vegetable on next days. He visit wholesale market at interval of two or three days to save his tempo charges. His overall purchase is higher. His profit divided in two or three days of his wholesale shopping. He add his loss of old vegetable in retail price. These result that a normal grocers remain poor, sale old vegetable and charges higher retail price.
